MEET YOUR LOCAL TEAM

Two locals.
One standard of care.

After years of hands-on experience learning to coat floors at the Yellowstone Club in Montana and in eastern South Dakota, we returned home to the Black Hills to start Black Hills Concrete Coatings. We’re Alec Rezac and Caiden Tinant, and we believe a great floor should come with a great experience. We’re personable, easy to talk to, and committed to making your project feel straightforward from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Our craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail show in every step—from thorough preparation to the finished coating. We take pride in the work we do and in being people you enjoy working with. Outside of work, Caiden loves music, rock climbing, and skiing, while Alec enjoys riding motorcycles through the Hills and snowboarding.
