BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
Frequently
Asked Questions.
Have a question about your concrete?
Call (605) 209-5219
Why don’t you promise a one-day floor?
The existing concrete determines the preparation needed. Old coatings, cracks, pitting, and damage can take extra work. We make room for that work and for the selected coating system rather than committing every floor to the same schedule.
Are the floors slippery?
Our floors come standard with added grip in the topcoat. We can personally tailor the amount of texture to your space, helping provide traction even when wet.
How much is an estimate?
Estimates are completely free!
Which coating system is right for my floor?
We offer epoxy, polyaspartic, acid stain, and other systems. We’ll discuss the condition of your concrete, how the space is used, and your finish preferences before recommending a system. Compare coating systems
Can you work with cracks or an old coating?
Yes. Preparation can include old coating removal and repairing cracks, pitting, and damage. We’ll assess the floor and explain the preparation your project needs.
When can I walk or drive on my new floor?
Typically, you can walk on your floor within 12 hours and return vehicles to it in 24 hours, depending on the system.
What affects the estimate?
Floor size, existing coatings, the amount of repair and preparation, access, and the chosen coating system all affect the project. Tell us about your space and we’ll arrange an estimate suited to it.
How many colors can I choose from?
We offer over 100 color options. Our team can help you choose a finish that complements your space.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Our 5-year quality guarantee covers any installation defects.
Can you coat outdoor spaces, and how do I care for the floor?
We work on patios, walkways, steps, and other concrete spaces as well as garages and commercial floors. We’ll recommend a suitable system and discuss traction needs. For care, sweep regularly and use a mild cleaner; our team will give you instructions for your finish.
Do you fill in expansion joints (saw cuts) in my floor?
Yes, we can fill them. We recommend you leave them; however, we leave it up to you.
